Personal Data Processing Policy (Russia)

This is the standalone Personal Data Processing Policy required under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. It applies to personal data of individuals in the Russian Federation and, for those individuals, controls over the general Privacy Policy. The authoritative version is in Russian.

1. Summary (Russian version controls)

For data subjects in Russia, NeuroCRM complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including: data localisation (personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored on servers located in Russia, segregated from the worldwide contour); collection of consent as a separate document where required; no cross-border transfer of Russian citizens’ personal data (it stays on servers in Russia), with the personal-data processing notification filed with Roskomnadzor; the prohibition on solely automated decision-making producing legal effects without written consent (relevant to AI features); the data-subject rights set out in Articles 14 and 20 of 152-FZ; and breach notification to Roskomnadzor within the statutory deadlines (preliminary within 24 hours, results within 72 hours).
