Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with NeuroCRM. It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Service. Violating it may lead to suspension or termination.
1. General
You are responsible for everything done through your account and by your users, and for all content and communications you create, upload, send, or process using the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights (including privacy, intellectual-property, or publicity rights);
- upload, store, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, or harmful content, or malware;
- process personal data without a lawful basis or the necessary consents, or upload special-category or children’s data without authorisation;
- gain or attempt unauthorised access to the Service, other tenants’ data, or any system; scan, probe, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service; circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security; scrape or harvest data except via features provided for that purpose;
- reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; resell or sublicense it without authorisation;
- use the Service to develop a competing product or to benchmark without our consent.
3. Messaging and Anti-Spam
When you use NeuroCRM to send email, SMS, messenger, or other communications, you are the sender and you are responsible for compliance. You must:
- have a lawful basis and, where required, the recipient’s prior consent to contact them (this is required for marketing in many countries, including under GDPR/ePrivacy in the EEA/UK, and Russian advertising law);
- comply with anti-spam laws such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s CASL, and equivalents;
- identify yourself accurately, not use false headers or misleading subject lines, and include a working, honoured unsubscribe/opt-out in marketing messages;
- not send to purchased, scraped, or harvested lists, and promptly stop contacting anyone who opts out.
We may apply sending limits and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that generate spam complaints or violate this section. You are solely responsible for your communications and for any resulting claims.
4. AI Features
You must use AI features in accordance with the Terms of Service: verify AI output before relying on it, keep meaningful human oversight, and do not use AI features for prohibited or high-risk purposes under applicable law.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, apply limits, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities. The remedies here are in addition to those in the Terms.
