Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid NeuroCRM plans. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. NeuroCRM is a business-to-business service.
1. Scope and Free Plan
This Policy applies to fees paid for NeuroCRM paid plans by business customers. The free plan involves no payment and therefore no refunds. As set out in the Terms, the Service is intended for business and professional use, not for consumers.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@neurocrm.vip. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by applicable law, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and previously paid fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
3. Fees Are Non-Refundable
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and all payment obligations are non-cancellable, except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by mandatory law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused features, downgrades, or for periods during which your account remained open but unused.
4. Goodwill: Subscription Credit Instead of Cash
Where we are not legally required to provide a cash refund, and at our sole discretion, we may instead offer you, as a goodwill gesture, service credit or an extension of your subscription term — for example additional paid time — rather than a return of money. Any such credit or extension is discretionary, has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and does not create an entitlement to a refund or to similar treatment in the future.
5. Mandatory Consumer Rights (where they apply)
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived under mandatory law applicable to you. Where such a right applies, it prevails over the “non-refundable” rule above.
EEA / United Kingdom (consumers). A consumer normally has a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. By purchasing and requesting immediate access to the Service, you ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that for partial performance a proportionate amount remains payable.
Russia (consumers). A consumer may refuse the service at any time, subject to reimbursement of our actually incurred expenses (Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”). This does not apply to business customers (organisations and individual entrepreneurs).
6. If the Service Does Not Work as Described
If a paid feature does not perform materially as described, your remedy is as set out in the warranty section of our Terms of Service (we will re-perform or correct the affected Service or, where we cannot, refund the prepaid fees for the unused portion of the affected Service).
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact support@neurocrm.vip before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us, or that are abusive, may result in suspension or termination of your account and the right to recover amounts owed.
8. How to Request
To cancel or request consideration of a refund or credit, contact support@neurocrm.vip with your account email and details. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
